    Production Note: Hot-rolled steel is supplied with its original mill scale finish, which is suitable for most structural and industrial applications. For components requiring a premium painted appearance or enhanced coating adhesion, we can provide acid-pickled steel sheets (SPHC/Q235B Pickled) or offer professional abrasive blasting (sandblasting) as an optional surface preparation process.

    Production Note: Due to its high carbon content, 65Mn spring steel exhibits limited ductility and pronounced spring-back during forming. Our tooling engineers optimize blanking clearances, bending radii, and forming parameters to minimize edge cracking and stress concentration, ensuring consistent part integrity and dimensional accuracy before the quenching and tempering process.

    Galvanized Steel Sheets(Pre-galvanized Sheet)

    We provide custom stamping and precision sheet metal fabrication using pre-galvanized steel sheets, eliminating the need for secondary powder coating or painting after fabrication. This reduces production lead times, lowers finishing costs, and preserves the corrosion-resistant zinc coating. An ideal solution for outdoor mounting brackets, electrical enclosures, agricultural equipment housings, and moisture-exposed panels designed for long-term field service.

    Production Note: During laser cutting or stamping of pre-galvanized steel, the cut edges and sheared profiles locally expose the base steel, temporarily interrupting the continuous zinc coating at the processed areas. Additional edge protection or post-treatment can be applied where enhanced long-term corrosion resistance is required.

    We source steel sheets that comply with internationally recognized nominal thickness standards, ensuring consistent material quality and reliable mechanical performance. When your specification calls for 3.0 mm carbon steel, we procure plates with actual thicknesses that conform to the applicable tolerance range (typically 2.9 mm and above, depending on the material standard), providing dependable structural integrity and eliminating the risk of excessive under-gauge material.

    NO FRACTURING:

    During high-tonnage stamping and deep-draw forming, full-gauge steel ensures uniform material flow throughout the die cavity, reducing the risk of localized thinning, tearing, and forming defects while delivering consistent dimensional accuracy and structural integrity.

    ACCURATE BENDING

    Consistent sheet thickness ensures precise positioning against CNC press brake backgauges, enabling highly repeatable bend angles, improved dimensional accuracy, and stable production quality across every batch.

    STRUCTURAL WELDING

    Flat, full-thickness steel plates promote stable heat distribution during MIG and TIG welding, reducing the risk of burn-through and distortion while ensuring consistent weld penetration, joint strength, and overall structural integrity.

  • Surface & Springback Control

    Mill Scale Elimination

    Mill scale on hot-rolled steel can increase stamping tool wear and may affect coating adhesion if left untreated. For applications requiring high-quality paint or powder coating finishes, we recommend pickled steel or appropriate surface preparation before fabrication.

    Steel blanks are processed through mechanical shot blasting or acid pickling to remove mill scale and surface contaminants, creating a clean, uniform surface that promotes excellent paint, powder coating, and other surface finish adhesion.

    Springback Compensation

    High-strength structural carbon steel naturally exhibits elastic spring-back during bending, which can influence bend angles and dimensional accuracy if not properly compensated during the forming process.

    Our engineers verify material specifications and mechanical properties before production, then program optimized spring-back compensation directly into our CNC press brakes to achieve accurate bend angles and consistent dimensional tolerances.
